Christ School won the last time they faced Asheville Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Christ School Greenies walked away with a 59-47 win over the Asheville Christian Academy Lions. The victory was nothing new for the Greenies as they're now sitting on three straight.

Christ School's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dacen Petty, who posted seven points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Mason Collins, who earned 11 points.

Christ School's record is now 19-1. As for Asheville Christian Academy, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-5.

The future could be bright for both Christ School and Asheville Christian Academy: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Christ School will try to hand Rabun Gap-Nacoochee their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Asheville Christian Academy will look to extend Carolina Day's seven-game losing streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
