Basketball Recap: McDermitt Bulldogs vs. McQueen Lancers
McDermitt had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They received a blow on Thursday as they fell 72-54 to the McQueen Lancers. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Perhaps the best among those players was Dylan Palmer, who went 6 for 14 en route to 18 points plus five rebounds and two steals. The dominant performance also gave Palmer a new career-high in assists (four). Another player making a difference was Shandon Camus, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
The win got McQueen back to even at 1-1.
McDermitt didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 67-45 loss against Hug on the 6th. McQueen has also already played their next matchup, a 63-55 defeat against Livermore on the 5th.
