Volleyball Recap: Buchanan's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Buchanan entered their tilt with American Heritage Academy on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Patriots.

Buchanan's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Penny Garcia, who had five assists and three aces.

Garcia wasn't the only good server: Buchanan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 13 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
