Seaforth proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the North Moore Mustangs 10-9. The victory continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won four in a row.

Seaforth's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for North Moore, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Seaforth will challenge Southeast Alamance at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Stallions will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Moore, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Chatham Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
