Basketball Recap: Pipestone Comes Up Short

Pipestone suffered their biggest defeat since February 6, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Jackson County Central Huskies, falling 65-40. The Arrows haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Pipestone's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Jackson County Central, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pipestone will take on Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Pipestone is facing Madison at the right time seeing as Madison is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Jackson County Central, they will challenge Belle Plaine at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
