Softball Recap: Eaton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Ansonia last Tuesday, Eaton came back down to earth. The Eagles came up short against the Crescent Tigers on Sunday, falling 9-0.

Eaton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julie Schrimper, who went 1-for-3 with one triple.

Eaton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Crescent, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.

Eaton has already played their next game (against Harlan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Crescent, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-2 loss against Scott County on the 30th.
