Flandreau's loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-4. As for Deuel, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.

Flandreau strolled past Deuel in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 60-42. The rematch might be a little tougher for Flandreau since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
