            Softball Preview: Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees vs. Green County Dragons        
        
		
        
        
            The Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees will head out to  square off against the Green County Dragons  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. The last three games Bethlehem has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Bethlehem took a loss when they played away from home  on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  4-3  victory over Marion County. The Eagles/Banshees haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 Bethlehem's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Paige Miller, who  went 2-for-3 with one  RBI. That's the most  hits  Miller has posted  over her last eight  contests.
 Meanwhile,  it may have taken  eight innings to finish the job, but Green County ultimately got the result they hoped for  on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Campbellsville  5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Dragons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 The  win  got Green County back to even at 11-11. As for Bethlehem, their victory bumped their record up to 22-15.
 Bethlehem took their  win against Green County  in their previous meeting  back in March by a conclusive  16-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles/Banshees since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
