Soccer Game Preview: Victoria Soto vs. Chicago Washington

Victoria Soto is 0-4 against Chicago Washington since April of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. Wolves will be playing at home against the Patriots at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Victoria Soto gave up the first goal last Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They walked away with a 6-4 win over Kenwood. Emely Cruz was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Chicago Washington's game on Tuesday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They never let Phoenix Military get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory.

Victoria Soto now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Chicago Washington, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Victoria Soto suffered a grim 8-1 defeat to Chicago Washington in their previous meeting back in April of 2023. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Wolves were down 6-1.
