Basketball Recap: Allegany Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 26-26 at halftime, Allegany was not quite Fort Hill's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell 67-55 to the Fort Hill Sentinels. The loss continues a trend for the Campers in their matchups with the Sentinels: they've now lost three in a row.

Allegany's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Fort Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Allegany will head out to face off against Mountain Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fort Hill, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Northern Garrett at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
