Lake Fenton owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They put the hurt on the St. Louis Sharks with a sharp 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils, who have now won 15 games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Maddie Stanton (2027) tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5 strikeouts per game.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Avery Heil (2027), who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Mia Merrell (2027), who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
