Miller City waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Continental Pirates as they made off with a 7-1 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Miller City pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Continental, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miller City will head out to square off against Marion Local at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Continental, they will venture away from home to face off against Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
