Basketball Recap: Geneva Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Geneva lost to Palmyra-Macedon back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Geneva Panthers enjoyed a cozy 56-41 win over the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Geneva pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for Palmyra-Macedon, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Geneva won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Midlakes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Geneva is facing Midlakes at the right time seeing as Midlakes is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Palmyra-Macedon, they will challenge Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
