Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Anthony). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Serra Cavaliers 105-42. Given the Saints' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 87th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 544th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

St. Anthony's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Serra, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.

St. Anthony will take on St. Paul at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in St. Anthony's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Serra, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Bernard at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Bernard has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
