Football Recap: Birch Run Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Lakeville last Friday, Birch Run came back down to earth. The Panthers were dealt a 48-15 defeat at the hands of the Ida Bluestreaks on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Bluestreaks are ranked 118th).

Birch Run now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Ida, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

As of now, neither Birch Run nor the Bluestreaks have any future games scheduled.
