Basketball Recap: Highlands Comes Up Short

Highlands lost against Burrell back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Highlands Golden Rams took a blow against the Burrell Bucs, falling 55-27. The matchup marked the Golden Rams' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Highlands' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Burrell, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

While Highlands had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
