Football Game Preview: Indian Rocks Christian Eagles vs. Seminole Warhawks + How To Watch

The Indian Rocks Christian Eagles will challenge the Seminole Warhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Indian Rocks Christian will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Indian Rocks Christian turned things around against Zephyrhills Christian Academy on Friday. They took down the Warriors 28-13.

Jackson Rockefellar and Gavin Galish were among the main playmakers for Indian Rocks Christian as the former rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown and the latter rushed for 49 yards and a pair of TDs. Rockefellar is becoming a predictor of the Eagles' success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 1-5 when he doesn't).

Indian Rocks Christian's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Anthony Cavallaro. Another thorn in Zephyrhills Christian Academy's side was Logan Cox, who made 24 total tackles and defended one pass.

Meanwhile, Seminole was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a blow against Northside Christian, falling 42-0. While losing is never fun, the Warhawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 547th, while the Mustangs are ranked 220th).

Indian Rocks Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Seminole, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Indian Rocks Christian was dealt a bruising 42-6 loss at the hands of Seminole in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Thankfully for the Eagles, Mason Starke (who picked up 38 receiving yards and a pair of scores, and also rushed for 45 yards) won't be suiting up this time.
