Basketball Game Preview: Everett Vikings vs. Waverly Warriors

The Everett Vikings will challenge the Waverly Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for Everett: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Waverly has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.

Last Thursday, Everett was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to Grand Ledge.

Meanwhile, everything went Waverly's way against Jackson on Monday as Waverly made off with a 74-48 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 26 points or more this season.

Waverly has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. As for Everett, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
