Basketball Game Preview: Gloucester Fishermen vs. Saugus Sachems

The Gloucester Fishermen will face off against the Saugus Sachems at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Gloucester ended up a good deal behind Cathedral and lost 67-52. The Fishermen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Saugus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Beverly, falling 73-43. The match marked the Sachems' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Saugus' loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Gloucester, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
