Leonard made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Royal Palm Beach, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Everything went the Leonard Lancers' way against the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats on Thursday as the Leonard Lancers made off with a 19-13 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Meghan Stimson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Faith Yool, who scored three runs while going 1-for-3.

Leonard always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .536 or higher in six consecutive games.

Leonard is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 12.3 runs. Royal Palm Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Leonard will have a chance to go back-to-back against Royal Palm Beach: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on April 2nd.
