After losing to South the last time they met, Palos Verdes decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Palos Verdes Sea Kings took down the South Spartans 62-47 on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Sea Kings as they're now sitting on five straight.

Palos Verdes' win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for South, with the loss, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-6.

Palos Verdes will face off against Chaminade at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for South, they and North will meet in a classic North v. South matchup at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
