Crestview waltzed into their match on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took down the Choctawhatchee Indians 53-39. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Lorenzo Blackwell was the offensive standout of the game as he went 6 for 10 on his way to 17 points. Sean Johns was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Crestview smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in four consecutive contests.

Crestview pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Choctawhatchee, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Crestview will venture away from home to take on Fort Walton Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Fort Walton Beach's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. As for Choctawhatchee, they will host Escambia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
