Meanwhile, Spanish Fork was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They won by a goal and slipped past Pleasant Grove 2-1.

Payson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Spanish Fork, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
