Football Recap: Mayde Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Morton Ranch last Friday, Mayde Creek came back down to earth. The Rams fell 23-16 to the Cinco Ranch Cougars on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost six in a row.

Brayden Gonzalez had an outrageously good game for Cinco Ranch as he rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns. Those 162 rushing yards gave Gonzalez a new career-high.

Mayde Creek's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Cinco Ranch, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
