Volleyball Recap: Eau Claire Comes Up Short

Eau Claire and Batesburg-Leesville squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Eau Claire had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Shamrocks were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in September of 2021.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13, 25-14.

Eau Claire's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Batesburg-Leesville, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-18-1.

Eau Claire does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Batesburg-Leesville, they will take on Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
