Volleyball Recap: Carencro's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bears on Thursday. Carencro fell 3-1 to Church Point. Bears fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Church Point since Thursday.

Carencro's loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7. As for Church Point, their victory bumped their record up to 7-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Carencro will venture away from home to face off against Lafayette at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Church Point, they will head out to take on North Vermilion at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
