Soccer Game Preview: Big Spring vs. Greenwood

The Big Spring Steers are taking a road trip to challenge the Greenwood Rangers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Big Spring will be strutting in after a win while Greenwood will be coming in after a loss.

Big Spring played in conference for the first time on Tuesday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They had just enough and edged Snyder out 3-2.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Greenwood was not quite Andrews' equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Big Spring's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9-1. As for Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1.
