St. Francis extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Hinsdale South. They put the hurt on the Hornets with a sharp 4-1 win. St. Francis might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Hinsdale South with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Macie Schweiner (2), Sophia Homewood, and Lorraine Surina.

The victory was the third in a row for St. Francis, bringing their record up to 12-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three contests. As for Hinsdale South, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-6.

Looking ahead, St. Francis will face off against Nazareth Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Hinsdale South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
