LaFayette has gone 8-2 against Heritage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The LaFayette Ramblers will challenge the Heritage Generals at 8:30 p.m. LaFayette will be strutting in after a win while Heritage will be coming in after a loss.

Last Tuesday, LaFayette earned a 70-59 victory over Gilmer.

Meanwhile, Heritage played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 71-48 to Calhoun. While losing is never fun, the Generals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 330th, while the Yellow Jackets are ranked 155th).

LaFayette has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Heritage, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

LaFayette couldn't quite finish off Heritage in their previous meeting on January 7th and fell 50-47. Can LaFayette avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
