Volleyball Recap: East Forsyth Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

There's no place like home for East Forsyth, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Chattahoochee Cougars on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Broncos have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

East Forsyth walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 25-15.

East Forsyth can attribute much of their success to Dallas Bagwell, who had seven digs and three aces. That's the most digs Bagwell has posted since back in September.

When it comes to explaining why Chattahoochee lost, don't look at Isabella Podesta. Despite the final result, she had 11 assists and seven digs.

East Forsyth's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-9. As for Chattahoochee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-23 record this season.

East Forsyth wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Madison County on the 7th. As for Chattahoochee, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Johns Creek on the 7th.
