Kimberly and Appleton North are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2021, but not for long. The Papermakers will head out to take on the Lightning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kimberly is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Wisconsin's top teams: Catholic Memorial, who was ranked 11th at the time (Kimberly was ranked sixth). The Papermakers fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Appleton North, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Arrowhead on Saturday.

While Appleton North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22.

Appleton North is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Kimberly, their loss dropped their record down to 18-7.

Kimberly skirted past Appleton North 2-1 when the teams last played on Saturday. Do the Papermakers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lightning turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
