Carson Rose was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ben Miller, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Wautoma's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Shiocton, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7.
