Volleyball Recap: Eau Claire North Comes Up Short

Eau Claire North lost against Rice Lake back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Huskies took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Madeline Cope paced Eau Claire North's offense, picking up nine kills. Cope got some help from Kendall Vance and her 12 assists.

Eau Claire North's loss dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Rice Lake, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-5.

Eau Claire North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Baldwin-Woodville on the 4th. As for Rice Lake, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Somerset on the 4th.
