Neshoba Central won the last time they faced Columbus and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Neshoba Central Rockets had just enough and edged the Columbus Falcons out 2-1. That's two games straight that the Rockets have won by just one goal.

The win made it two in a row for Neshoba Central and bumps their season record up to 7-5. As for Columbus, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Neshoba Central will head out to square off against Ridgeland at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Columbus, they are taking a road trip to challenge Vicksburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Vicksburg's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
