Soccer Game Preview: St. Luke's Episcopal vs. Randolph School

The St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats will square off against the Randolph School Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.

St. Luke's Episcopal is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering McGill-Toolen just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They and the Yellowjackets finished up their contest with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Wildcats' first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Randolph School came up short against Hebron Christian last Saturday and fell 3-1. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 102nd in Alabama, while the Lions are ranked 25th in Georgia).

Randolph School has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. With that draw, St. Luke's Episcopal's record moves to 5-3-1.
