Baseball Recap: West Broward Triumphs

West Broward posted their closest victory since April 26, 2025 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the South Dade Buccaneers 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Bobcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ethan Lindor was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Reggie Rodr?guez, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base.

West Broward now has a winning record of 2-1. As for South Dade, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, West Broward will head out on the road to challenge Flanagan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Dade, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Palmetto at 6:30 p.m.
