It was a good run, but the Idalou Wildcats unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. Their rough 59-36 loss to Holliday might stick with them for a while. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Idalou has scored all season.

It was another big night for Keitenn Bristow, who shot 6-for-8 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 40 points and 11 rebounds for Holliday. That makes it five consecutive games in which Bristow has scored at least 25% of Holliday's points. Another player making a difference was Grant Cox, who scored five points along with eight rebounds.

Idalou's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Holliday, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Idalou and Pampa will face off at 8:00 a.m. on December 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Holliday will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Floydada at 4:45 p.m. on December 8th. Floydada knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Holliday likes a good challenge.
