Volleyball Recap: Village Christian Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Village Christian came into Saturday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Bell Gardens Lancers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Danny Franco paced Village Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Franco got some help from Walton Salazar and his 19 assists.

Village Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Bell Gardens, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
