Softball Recap: Carl Hayden Community Falcons vs. Glendale Cardinals
Carl Hayden Community extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping their season record down to 5-12 in the process. They lost 21-11 to the Glendale Cardinals. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.
As for Glendale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.1 runs over those games.
