Basketball Recap: Christian Central Academy Takes a Loss

Christian Central Academy lost against Buffalo Seminary back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The contest between the Christian Central Academy Crusaders and the Buffalo Seminary Red-Tailed Hawks didn't end well, with the Christian Central Academy Crusaders falling 36-19. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Buffalo Seminary's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kadence Spino led the charge by putting up 11 points. Spino continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Camryn Roberts was another key player, posting nine points.

Christian Central Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Buffalo Seminary, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season.

Christian Central Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on The Park School of Buffalo at 5:00 p.m. on February 20th. As for Buffalo Seminary, they will host Mount Mercy Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
