Baseball Recap: Williamsburg Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Friday. Williamsburg came up short against Minster, falling 15-5. That's two games in a row now that Williamsburg has lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Williamsburg and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Minster, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Coming up, Williamsburg is taking a road trip to square off against Bethel-Tate at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Minster, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 13-2 loss against St. Henry on the 18th.
