While Williamson's win against Sayre wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors skirted past the Redskins 1-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since October 10, 2024.

Olivia Nolan paced Williamson's offense, picking up five kills. Nolan got some help from Raegan Vangorden and her seven assists. Bailey Snyder controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Williamson's win bumped their record up to 5-1-2. As for Sayre, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Williamson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Coudersport on the 6th. As for Sayre, they will venture away from home to take on Cowanesque Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
