Softball Recap: Pangburn's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

After a string of four wins, Pangburn's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 14-7 to the South Side Hornet. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornet apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Pangburn's defeat dropped their record down to 12-4. As for South Side, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 4-9 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pangburn will venture away from home to challenge Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Yellowjackets will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for South Side, they will challenge Bigelow at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
