While Somerset's win against Greater Johnstown wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Trojans 3-2. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Somerset's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while Greater Johnstown are ranked 482nd).

Josiah Antram and Christopher Thompson scored all three of Somerset's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Somerset and bumps their season record up to 8-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two games. As for Greater Johnstown, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
