Strafford came tearing into Saturday's match with 13 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Liberty Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 9th.

Strafford never let Liberty on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-16.

Strafford's offense was headlined by Ava Lane and Trista Vanhorn, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Reese Darnell and her 21 assists.

Strafford's record now sits at 16-1-2. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5-3.

Strafford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Glendale on the 27th. As for Liberty, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Bradleyville on the 29th.
