Olivia Brown posted a new career-high in runs on Wednesday. She got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and one RBI. She was dominant the last time she took on Layton back in April of 2025, so they probably should've seen this coming. Brown is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games she's played.

Brown's strong effort led Syracuse over Layton and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
