Preview: Dunmore Bucks vs. Camp Hill Lions
Dunmore is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Camp Hill is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Dunmore Bucks will take on the Camp Hill Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
With a playoff game on the line, Dunmore rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against Williams Valley as Dunmore made off with a 41-21 victory. The result was nothing new for Dunmore, who have now won eight games by 20 points or more so far this season.
Meanwhile, Camp Hill didn't have too much breathing room in their match against West Catholic on Friday, but they still walked away with a 32-26 victory.
Drew Branstetter was his usual excellent self, throwing for 363 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 100 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries. Alex Long was another key contributor, picking up 166 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Their wins bumped Dunmore to 11-2 and Camp Hill to 8-5.
