Soccer Recap: Saraland Comes Up Short

If Saraland was feeling good fresh off their 5-1 takedown of Robertsdale last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Saraland Spartans came up short against the Spanish Fort Toros on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Toros recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Saraland now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Spanish Fort, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Looking ahead, Saraland will take on Mary G. Montgomery at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Spanish Fort, they will take on Bryant in a tournament on Friday.
