Verbena stacked a 15th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They blew past the Billingsley Bears 12-2. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Verbena considering their two-run performance the game before.

Jaycee Quinn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over six innings pitched. Quinn has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances. Quinn was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Maya Schuffert, who scored two runs while going 2-for-5. Another player making a difference was Kiara Ray, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
