Soccer Recap: Fowlerville Starts off Right with Win over Corunna

Fowlerville had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. Their defense stepped up to hand the Corunna Cavaliers an 8-0 shutout. Fowlerville haven't had any issues with Corunna recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Fowlerville and Corunna will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time Fowlerville sees the pitch they'll take on Ionia at 7:00 p.m. on April 2. As for Corunna, their break will end when they face Owosso at 6:30 p.m. on April 7.
